  • Tom Thessman

    From New Zealand, Tom is a Director of Photography, Director, and Editor based in Dubai. Having lived in the UAE for over 30 years, he brings a deep cultural understanding and a global creative outlook to every project.

    With more than a decade in the film production industry, Tom has collaborated with leading companies, in Dubai and across the globe, shaping stories through cinematic visuals and creative post production techniques.

    Tom began his career in animation but soon discovered his true passion lay in filmmaking, prompting him to make the switch. Today, he’s recognised as a seasoned creative and a trusted visual storyteller, known for transforming complex ideas into powerful, high impact content for brands across the world.

    Jordan Bickerstaffe

    From the UK, Jordan is a Director, Director of Photography, Editor, and Commercial Photographer based in Dubai. Having lived in the UAE for over 28 years, he considers it home, a place where his creativity and passion for storytelling has grown.

    With a background from the Northern Film School in Leeds, Jordan developed his craft and found a deep love for film, photography, and creative content production. Over the years, his work has expanded across the globe, collaborating with some of the world’s most recognised brands and directing award winning campaigns.

    Driven by his commitment to excellence, Jordan brings a cinematic eye and refined aesthetic to every project, from large scale commercial photography campaigns to high end film productions, Jordan captures stories with authenticity and impact.
